Experience
Nicole has over 20+ years of experience working in the industry of social services, healthcare, and Applied Behavior Analysis. With expert knowledge of ABA, special education/related services, compulsory education laws, and authorizations, she brings invaluable experience to your team. Additionally, she has well-established relationships with multiple members of state ABA advisory boards, as well as state children’s health departments.
Working and Technical Knowledge
Nicole has strong working knowledge as it relates to MCO, Medicaid, fee-for-service, and commercial payer requirements, as well as significant experience working within the MediCal/Regional Center system in California, and expertise in Georgia Medicaid and 2025 BCBA licensure/credentialing requirements. Subject matter expert in compliance, credentialing, root cause analysis, audit preparation, Medicaid, and process improvement.
Nicole is experienced in numerous provider systems, including EHR systems such as CentralReach, Catalyst, and operational systems such as monday.com, Salesforce, Relias, and Paycom, along with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
